Employee Referral Program Rules
Hey Team,
To keep our business healthy and growing, we need your help with referral leads - and we're willing to pay you significantly for them.
As our business has grown, the amount of revenue we receive from referral business has decreased. Generating media leads (TV, Radio, Newspaper, Direct Mail) has become very expensive. Referral leads from our teammates are more successful than media leads, and we'd rather reward you than spend more on media!
Submitting referrals is easy with this form. Our program is simple, generous, and can earn you a lot of extra cash.
Thanks for focusing on this important aspect of Esler Companies. Let's boost our referrals to over 5% of our business! Keep reading for all the details about our Employee Referral Program.
- Matt Esler
What's in it for you?
5% of net sales revenue generated from your referrals on their first sale. (Repeat sales do not receive this benefit.)
Last year, the average referral job size was $21,442. This means you could earn an average of $1,072 per referral that results in a sale.
More Info
Sales folders include a dedicated page explaining referral program benefits to customers.
Customers whose referrals result in a sale receive $100 cash and are entered into a $10,000 sweepstakes with 1-in-100 odds of winning.
Important
- WinningReferral.com/teammate and Enabled are the definitive records for referral submission/credit.
- You must follow the outlined steps and complete the form above to submit your referral to receive credit.
- Don't hold onto your referrals - submit them as soon as possible to ensure credit.
- Credit goes to the first source if a name appears from multiple sources.
- We will not re- source for the same Project Consultant who already performed a demo at the property.
- We cannot re-source leads after the appointment. Customers cannot call post-appointment or sale to credit you for the referral.
- Teammates whose job functions focus on lead generation (e.g., events, retail, proxy) are not eligible for this program.
Lead Eligibility:
- If the customer is already entered into Enabled Plus via WinningReferral.com, the lead is not eligible.
- Same Rep Re-Sits will not be resourced.
- If the customer was previously a non-buyer in Enabled Plus and the original source is older than 30 days, the customer will be re-sourced to "referral", and you will get credit.
- If the customer's name is in Enabled Plus within 30 days from another source, the referral is not eligible, and you will not get credit.
- If the customer's name is already in Enabled Plus as an existing buyer, the referral is not eligible, and you will not get credit.
EXAMPLE SITUATIONS WHERE REFERRALS WILL BE RULED INELIGIBLE
- A Project Consultant gets a referral, sells the job without reporting the lead, and the referral was added to Enabled in the last 30 days from a different source. This will not be credited as a referral. Report the referral when received.
- A Project Consultant gets a referral after job completion, but the installer already submitted the same name. Credit goes to the first source (installer in this case).
- Referrals for Homeowner Association (HOA) projects will not receive 5%. These are sold at lower prices. Fair compensation will be determined by Matt Esler or Jon Erickson based on the job's selling price.
